Our services
Please note I do not accept insurance
Billing through insurance requires both diagnosis and provision of records to a third-party (the insurer). I believe it is typically in my client’s best interest to avoid provision of diagnosis and/or making disclosures of this nature. If you want to submit a claim for insurance reimbursement, I am able to provide a superbill of services rendered.
Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy session meeting either in office or via video conference.
50-minute session $165
Ecotherapy
Sessions take place outdoors on local walking/hiking trails. For some clients, nature feels more grounding and can be an optimal setting for processing and healing. If you have any accessibility related needs, please let me know in advance so we select an appropriate setting.
50-minute session $175
80-minute session $225
Letter writing
Single session evaluation for clients looking to obtain letter to satisfy requirement for access to gender affirming care. I provide this service at a reduced rate in order to make it more accessible to clients. If you still have financial constraints, please contact me to discuss options.
50-minute session $100
I understand therapy can be expensive and strive to ensure that I provide accessible services. If you have financial need I have a limited number of reduced-fee slots.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
